掺钢渣活性粉末混凝土的制备及其变形性能

【摘要】 进行了掺钢渣粉活性粉末混凝土配合比的正交设计试验,研究了钢纤维掺量与养护条件对掺钢渣RPC强度和体积变形的影响。结果表明:掺入总量为48%的钢渣粉、超细粉煤灰和硅灰,并以细河砂代替石英砂,同时掺入适量钢纤维,在0.18水胶比下制备了掺钢渣活性粉末混凝土(RPC200)。经90℃热水养护72h后,其抗压和抗折强度分别达152MPa和27.9MPa;钢纤维或热养护均有利于提高掺钢渣RPC的强度,且掺入钢纤维还能有效降低掺钢渣RPC的收缩率。

【Abstract】 The mix proportion design of reactive powder concrete(RPC) with steel slag powder was done through orthogonal design and the effects of curing condition and steel fiber on strength and deformation performance of RPC were investigated in this paper.The results indicate that RPC whose water-binder ratio is 0.18 and volume fraction of fine steel fiber iss 2% is prepared by replacing quartz sand with natural fine sand and substituting compound admixture,which contained steel slag powder,ultra-fine fly ash and silicon fume,for 48% cement by weight as well.The compressive and flexural strength of specimens,cure in 90 ℃ water for 72 h,is 152 MPa and 27.9 MPa respectively.Both heat curing condition and addition of steel fiber into RPC are conduce to increase the strength of RPC and the addition of steel fiber is effective for decreasing the shrinkage of RPC.
