【Abstract】 Hu Hanmin was the chief maker of the Nanjing National Government’s Instruction System.In the making of the National Government Discipline System,he combined the Chinese political system with the western one,set up the party-governed principle and separated supervision and discipline for the Official Discipline System,and introduced some basic standards of modern legal system.Finally the National Government’s Instruction System became contradictory,which made Chinese polity step forward towards modernization.更多还原
