钢管桩在既有建筑基础托换中的应用
Application of Steel-Pipe Pile in Foundation Underpinning for Existing Buildings
【摘要】 在对既有建筑进行改造时,施工场地有限,原有的基础仍要发挥作用,在这种条件下,采用钢管桩进行基础托换是最优的选择。本文首先对托换后的基础进行了沉降和水平位移验算,然后基于ANSYS建立了有限元模型并进行了分析,结果均满足规范要求。可以看出,在特定的条件下,采用钻孔钢管桩进行基础托换,经济上合理,技术上可行,具有较大的工程实用价值和理论研究意义。
【Abstract】 When reconstruction is carried on existing building,if the field is limited and intrinsic foundation has to work at the same time,steel-pipe pile is the best selection for foundation underpinning.In the paper,checking computations on the sedimentation and horizontal displacement are made through the foundation after underpinning firstly,then the finite element model is set up based on ANSYS and analysis is performed,all the results meet the code requirements.It can be seen that foundation underpinning with steel-pipe pile for existing building under special condition is feasible economically and technically,and it is of great engineering costs and theoretical significance.
