【Abstract】 The Russian government started its radical political reform from the 1990s. Since then,the Russian economy has kept declining. The original adult education system in Russia encountered dramatic shocks. Based on the favorable legacy of adult education inherited from the former Soviet Union,the Russian government has been actively investigating the development of adult education in the transforming period. Meanwhile,a series of reform policies have been adopted. Therefore,brand-new features have appeared in Russian adult education.更多还原
