【摘要】 通过对LF精炼炉底吹氩工艺过程的研究,分析氩气流量难以控制的原因,针对整个被控制系统的特点,选用具有分级结构的模糊自适应控制对氩气流量进行控制,并通过实践证明此方法抗干扰能力优于PID控制方式,取得较好的精炼效果。

【Abstract】 Base on the research of LF bottom argon blowing process,the present paper analyses the origin of the difficulties of argon gas flow control and in light of the characteristics of the whole controlled system a fuzzy adaptive control system with a hierarchical structure is selected to control argon gas flow.Practical results show that the interference resistance of this method is much more superior over that of the PID control method and better refining efficiencies have been achieved.
