【Abstract】 There is a predicament in privatization plans of American Medicare.It originates from the split between the Democrats and the Republicans about market-directed or government intervention.Medical service’s marketization may not have their increase of efficiency.Public medical insurance may be in effect to regulate expenditure.Privatization plans of American medicare could be subject to much debate.It currently has strong ideas of reference as regard to reform of medicare system in China.更多还原
