【摘要】 目的:分析云南省丽江市古城区农村居民冠心病的直接、间接和无形经济负担。方法:采用整群抽样方法,抽取该地1519名35岁以上的村民,通过现场问卷调查,获取冠心病的患病及经济负担资料。结果:该地农村居民冠心病的患病率为1.58%,其中,男性患病率为2.17%,女性为1.20%。男性冠心病的患病率高于女性(P<0.05)。冠心病患者人均直接、间接和无形经济负担分别为9053.6元、1164.6元和4550.2元。该地村民冠心病总的经济负担为2383369元,人均疾病经济负担为4967.6元。53%的冠心病患者靠借款或变卖家产支付医疗费用。结论:冠心病给丽江市古城区农村居民造成了沉重的经济负担,应该采取措施降低冠心病的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aims to measure the direct, indirect and intangible economic burden of coronary heart disease (CHD) in a rural area of Yunnan province. Methods: Cluster sampling method was used to select representative sample of 1519 residents aged 35 years and over from rural Gu Cheng district of Li Jiang, Yunnan province. Information related to economic burden of CHD was obtained from a questionnaire survey. Results: The overall prevalence of CHD was1.58% in the study area. Males had higher prevalence of CHD than females (2.17% vs. 1.20%) . Per capita direct, indirect and intangible economic burden of CHD was 9 053.6 Yuan, 1 164.6 Yuan and 4 550.2 Yuan, respectively. The per capita economic burden of CHD was 4 967.6 Yuan, and the total economic burden was 2 383 369 Yuan in the study area. 53% CHD patients paid the medical charge by loaning or selling family property. Conclusion: In the study area, rural residents have suffered from heavy economic burden of CHD. Strategies that aim to reduce the economic burden of CHD should be enhanced in this area.更多还原
