【摘要】 乡村卫生服务一体化管理是搞好村卫生室工作的关键一环,尤其是在推行新型农村合作医疗即时补偿的地区,如果不实行一体化管理会增加监管风险,门诊统筹很不安全,进而危害新型农村合作医疗基金的安全,最终损害参合农民的积极性和信任度。但是由于各地在20世纪90年代的乡村卫生服务一体化管理推行过程中急于求成,仅仅在形式上完成了一体化建设,并未实现真正意义的一体化,不利于农村卫生长效机制的建立。课题组对经济情况在山东省居于中游水平的海阳市的乡村一体化管理工作进行了研究,从中发现一体化管理的成功经验,并提出存在的问题和改进建议。更多还原
