【摘要】 利用农村互助医疗2002年基线调查数据、2006年随访入户调查数据和部分机构监测资料,对互助医疗实施后的试点地区居民卫生服务需求和利用的变化进行了比较,分析了互助医疗模式对卫生服务利用公平的改善情况。研究结果表明,试点县居民门诊和住院利用数量增加,卫生服务利用公平性有所提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the baseline survey in 2002 and following up data in 2006 and partly supervised organization data in Rural Mutual Health Care(RMHC),this article compared the changes of health services demand and utilization for the residents,after implementing RMHC,and analyzed the situations that RMHS improved the equity of health services utilization.The result shows the outpatient and impatient utilizations were increased for the pilot residents in Zhen’an,Shaanxi;the equity of health services was increased.更多还原
