【摘要】 从卫生机构公共职能的角度出发,探讨政府卫生投入的规模。认为卫生机构的不同公共职能应与政府投入责任以及预算安排直接联系。通过测算和分析浙江省政府卫生投入,提出为完善政府卫生投入保障机制,卫生机构的公共职能应与财政补助科目相对应,并根据不同的公共职能完善政府卫生投入的绩效评估机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the public functions of health institutions, the article discussed the scale of government health input. It is considered that the different kinds of public functions of health institutions should have been related to government’ s responsibility and budget directly. With the calculation and analysis of health input for Zhejiang province, it is suggested that the budget subject corresponding to public functions of health institutions should be set up and the performance evaluation for government health input according to public functions should be improved for a perfect government health input assurance mechanism.更多还原
