【摘要】 目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术后氧疗联合肩背部按摩对术后肩背部疼痛发生几率及疼痛的严重程度的影响。方法将120例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者随机分成四组,观察和比较四组术后动脉血PCO2、PO2及肩背部疼痛程度。结果氧疗可以增加PO2、降低PCO2,不同浓度吸氧及联合肩背部按摩对不同时点的疼痛发生和疼痛程度的影响不同。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术后氧疗联合肩背部按摩可有效减少或缓解肩背部疼痛的发生,促进术后恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oxygen therapy combined with massage on reducing the postoperative pain of shoulder and back after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Methods 120 cases of LC were divided into 4 groups,and their pain levels of shoulder and back,postoperative PCO2,PO2 in artery blood were recorded and compared.Results Oxygen therapy increased PO2 and decreased PCO2 of artery blood.The concentration of inspired oxygen itself and its combination with shoulder and back massage had significant effects on occurrence and level of patient’s postoperative pain.Conclusions Shoulder and back massage combined with oxygen therapy have good effects on reducing postoperative pain,facilitating recovery and shortening hospitalization times.更多还原
