【摘要】 目的比较腹腔镜和常规无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法将80例腹股沟疝患者分成两组,分别实施腹腔镜疝修补术(40例)及常规无张力疝修补术(40例)。结果腹腔镜手术组手术时间及住院费用高于无张力疝修补术组,术后疼痛时间、下床时间、并发症、住院时间等均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术具有较多优点,但手术时间长,费用高,需结合患者情况选择手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic herniorrhaphy and tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Eighty patients with inguinal hernia were divided into two groups and received laparoscopic herniorrhaphy(n=40) and tension-free henioplasty(n=40),respectively.The operation time,duration of postoperative pain,normal activity time,hospitalization time and patient’s financial costs in hospital,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results All parameters except operation time and costs in hospital in the laparoscopic herniorrhaphy group were shorter or lower than those in the tension-free hernioplasty group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic herniorrhaphy has more advantages than the tension-free hernioplasty.But the higher price and longer operation time are to be considered when it comes to choose the operation type.更多还原
