ARM在可燃气体检测中的研究与应用
Research and Application of ARM in Detection of Combusible Gases
【摘要】 采用ARM和FGI-3B型可燃气体传感器组成了可燃气体报警系统,能准确探测室内气体浓度的变化规律,能显示可燃气体浓度,并有报警、远传功能。可检测天然气、煤气、石油液化气、轻烃、醚类等在空气中的含量,用于石油、化工生产过程中可燃气体的检测。阐明了系统的构成原理及实验过程,并给出硬件结构和软件流程图,着重分析了传感器的结构,用C51对ARM进行编程,达到了预期效果,方便的检测出了现场气体的浓度。
【Abstract】 Combustible gas alarm system is consisted of ARM and flammable gas sensor whose type is FGI-3B.which can accurately survey the changes of gas density in the room,show the density of flammable gas,and offer the alarm signal and telecommunication.It may examine the content of the natural gas、the coal gas、the petroleum liquid gas and so on in the air,and can be used to examine the flammable gas density in the petroleum and in the production process of chemical industry.The paper discusses the following contents:system’s constitution principle and the experiment process、the designs of system hardware and software,It Has analyzed sensor’s structure emphatically,we has achieved the desired effect With C51 programming on ARM.It can detect the gas concentration conveniently and in real time.
