【摘要】 在目前各种无线通讯网优化中,邻区优化所采用的机制各有特色。而基于切换数据统计的优化算法能够较好体现网络终端的通讯质量。因此通过采用对小区某一个时段进行关键指标的统计,可以有效提高该地区在该时间段内的通话稳定性,减少掉话率。而算法的特点在于进行优化时的关键指标是可以根据用户所关心的指标进行定义的,因此算法具有很强的灵活性。利用算法通过无线操作维护中心导入各无线控制单元的数据,并依据各地方对网络质量要求的不同,灵活定制关键指标。相比于其它厂商所提供的基于导频强度测量消息或路测切换数据等方法具有操作简单、兼容性高和灵活定制等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays there are kinds of the optimizing arithmetic in different Net-Optimizing Software.And the arthmetic which base on the Performance Data is the best to show the quality of the Communication.By count for the Cells’ KPI in some period,we can know whether the communication is stable in the period in the area.we can make use of Net-Optimizing Tools to recover the Net Config.And the most important is that the users can define the different of the KPI to apply in the Optimise arithmetic.So it is very flexible.We can import the Radio Data to the system from the OMC-R,and define the differenet KPI according to the local policy.So,it is easier,more compatible and flexible than others.更多还原
