一种二阶曲率补偿带隙基准的设计
Analysis and Design of a Second Order Compensated Bandgap Reference
【摘要】 针对高压电源芯片的需要,提出了一种二次曲率补偿的带隙基准源。该电路在传统带隙基准结构的基础上,利用Bipolar管的电流增益随温度呈指数变化的规律,对带隙基准进行高阶温度补偿。该电路具有温度补偿精度高、电路结构简单且能输出高电位电压基准等优点。采用40VB iCMOS高压工艺流片,仿真用Cadence软件中的spectre工具,流片后测试结果为,工作电源电压±12V,输出电压为-10.78V,在-55℃~125℃范围内,温度漂移系数为2.5ppm/℃,在20kHz时基准源输出电源抑制比为100dB。
【Abstract】 For the requirements of high voltage chips,a novel structure bandgap voltage reference is proposed.Based on the conventional bandgap reference,a circuit with the exponential curvature temperature compensation technology has been introduced.This circuit has properties of simple structure,well temperature stability and high output voltage.It has been simulated and analyzed by 40VBiCMOS technology and Cadence spectre.Then its temperature coefficient from-55~125℃ and PSRR at the frequency of 20kHz reaches 2.5ppm/℃ and 100dB,separately.
