【Abstract】 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a class of endogenous non-coding RNA with a length of 21～25nt that play important gene-regulatory roles in animals and plants by pairing to the mRNAs of protein-coding genes to direct their posttranscriptional repression.This article reviewed the translational study of miRNAs in digestive system tumor in the last a few years.Further investigation would be warranted to shed new light on the diagnosis and prognosis,as well as the therapeutics of digestive system tumor.更多还原
