膨胀石墨的3mm、8mm波动态衰减性能及其影响因素研究
Study on Dynamic Attenuation Performance and Effect Factors of Expanded Graphite in 3mm and 8mm Waveband
【摘要】 针对膨胀石墨在毫米波无源干扰技术中的实际应用,通过动态测试方法研究了膨胀石墨对3mm、8mm波衰减性能。相同条件下,膨胀石墨对8mm波的衰减性能要优于3mm波。测试结果表明,10g粒径为600μm的石墨层间化合物通过瞬时膨化剂膨化后,对3mm、8mm波动态衰减分别为14.54dB、18.27 dB。同时,就膨胀石墨种类、粒径、膨化方法,以及浓度对3mm、8mm波动态衰减性能的影响进行了分析和讨论。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the practical application of expanded graphite in MMW passive countermeasures technology,the attenuation performance of expanded graphite in 3mm and 8mm waveband is studied by dynamic test method.Under the same conditions,the attenuation performance of expanded graphite in 8mm wave is superior to that in 3mm wave.The results show that the dynamic attenuation of graphite intercalation compound with the weight of 10g,size of 600μm by instantaneous expansion agent are 14.54dB and 18.27 dB in 3mm and 8mm waveband respectively.Meanwhile,the effect factors which includ type,particle size,expansion method and concentration of expanded graphite on 3mm and 8mm wave dynamic attenuation performance are analyzed and discussed.
