【摘要】 目的探讨神经性厌食症患者父母的生命质量。方法使用SF-36健康评定量表对44例神经性厌食症患者父母的健康相关生命质量进行测评。结果长病程组患者父母SF-36量表各维度平均分数均低于短病程组患者父母,且精神健康(MH)维度及总分存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论神经性厌食症患者的病程影响患者父母的生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the health-related quality of life of the parents of anorexia nervosa(AN). Methods 88 parents of anorexia nervosa were evaluated by the self-rated medical outcomes study SF-item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36). Results The parents were divided into two groups by duration of illness,the shorter duration of illness and the longer duration of illness.There is the significant difference in the score of SF-36 in two groups. Conclusion Duration of illness is associated with impaired health-related quality of life in the parents of anorexia nervosa.更多还原
