【摘要】 分别采用空气、冰水和液氮3种不同冷却方式制备了Al-4Ti-B和Al-10Sr中间合金,通过3组对比试验分析了不同冷却方式Al-4Ti-B中间合金和Al-10Sr中间合金对A356细化和变质效果的差异。结果表明,同时添加液氮深冷处理的Al-4Ti-B和Al-10Sr中间合金对A356铝合金的细化变质效果最好,α-Al晶粒变为细小等轴晶,共晶硅相变得更加细小圆整,且在α-Al基体中分布更加均匀。

【Abstract】 Al-4Ti-B master alloy and Al-10Sr master alloy were prepared in condition of air,ice-water and liquid nitrogen. The refinement and modification effects of Al-4Ti-B and Al-10Sr master alloys at different cooling ways on the A356 alloy were comparatively analyzed. The results reveal that desirable refinement and modification effects on the A356 aluminum alloy can be observed by modification with liquid nitrogen treatment Al-4Ti-B and Al-10Sr master alloy,in which α-Al phase is converted into fine equiaxed grain with occurrence of spheroidized refining eutectic phase and the more uniformly distribution in the α-Al phase.
