Y、Nd复合稀土对AZ81镁合金耐蚀性的影响

【摘要】 利用静态质量损失法研究了Y、Nd复合稀土对AZ81镁合金在3.5%的NaCl水溶液中的腐蚀速率的影响;利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了合金微观组织及腐蚀表面形貌。结果表明,添加2%的复合稀土时,AZ81合金的晶粒得到了细化,组织和成分更加均匀,表面腐蚀产物颗粒最小,并且分布均匀而致密,腐蚀速率大幅度降低,耐蚀性能得到明显的改善。

【Abstract】 Effects of mixed RE with Y and Nd on corrosion rate of AZ81 magnesium alloy were examined in 3.5% NaCl solution by the static weight-loss tests. Microstructure and corrosion surface morphology of the AZ81 magnesium alloy were observed by OM (optical microscope) and SEM (scanning electron microscope). It is found that with 2% mixed RE with Y and Nd addition, more uniformly distributed structure and composition in the AZ81 magnesium alloy can be observed with the refinement of the grain size, meanwhile, smallest corrosion product in the surface of alloy with homogeneous and compact distribution can be obtained, resulting in the great decrease of corrosion rate, which is responsible for the distinct improvement of corrosion resistance of the AZ81 magnesium alloy.
