橡胶配方与性能预测智能系统的研制
The Intelligent System for Predicting Rubber Compound and Properties
【摘要】 以BP神经网络和大量橡胶性能实验数据为基础,利用MATLAB专用软件编程,进行学习、训练和模拟。确定橡胶配方和性能的对应关系,从而实现了橡胶性能和配方的理论预测。采用VB编程手段,利用其界面与控制功能,实施了界面、数据库储存、导入、导出、MATLAB软件预测的交互操作,设计了橡胶配方与性能预测智能系统。该系统界面友好,功能较强,操作简便。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of BP neural network and large amount of experimental data,the learning,training and simulating were carried out by using MATALAB software programming.The corresponding relations between rubber compound and mechanical properties were determined.Therefore,the rubber compound and mechanical properties could be predicted by using above method.Meanwhile,the VB programming to complete data storing,importing and exporting and inter-operation of MATALAB software were used.An intelligent system was designed and it had many characteristics such as good interface,multi-functions and convenient operation.
