【摘要】 我国由于高校办学的社会性诉求、行政权力自身利益的需求及其单一性的制度话语结构,大学教学管理制度话语权基本上由行政群体所掌控,给高校教育发展带来潜在的危机。对此,教学管理双方应积极通过提高制度文本的内在价值、构建二元制度话语结构和建立民主与自由的话语制度文化等策略,来实现大学教学管理制度话语权的理性回归,从而达成大学教学管理制度话语权的应然发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the social requirement,benefits of administration power and singleness of discourse right,only the administration staff are in charge of the discourse right in university management system,which have potential crisis for the university development.To solve this problem,the discourse right in university management system has to be developed and rational returned by enhancing the internal value of rules text,constructing dualistic system of discourse right and establishing democratic and free discourse culture.更多还原
