【摘要】 改革开放30年,中国农村发生了巨大的变化,但农村法治建设尚有许多亟待解决的问题。为了进一步摸清天津市农村的法治建设状况,本课题组在天津市六区一县进行了问卷调查,掌握了当前天津市农村法治建设的基本情况,发现了存在的主要问题,提出了相应的对策建议,为天津市社会主义新农村建设贡献微薄之力。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s rural areas have changed dramatically for 30 years of reform and opening up,but there are many pressing issues in the rule of law in rural areas.In order to further find out the status of the rule of law in rural areas of Tianjin,the group of this thesis conducted a survey in one county and six districts.Based on the current rural development in the rule of law,and the main problems,the group proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to make modest contribution to the building of new socialist rural areas of Tianjin.更多还原
