【Abstract】 In 1907,by following the system of Japan’s Administrative Law School,YuanShiKai,the gov-ernor-general of Zhili province and minister of Beiyang of Qing Dynasty at that time,established Beiyang Administrative law school,the first well-known administrative law school in modern Chinese history.As one of pioneers of Chinese Communist movement,and one of major founders the Communist Party of Chi-na,Li Dazhao,who has been known as a great Marxist and prominent Proletarian Revolutionist in China,had pursued his study here for six years during his youthful days.His experience in this school could be deemed as being rich and varied and left considerable amount of profound and beneficial enlightenment for the later generations that deserves to be explored,discovered,researched and summarized.更多还原
