三叶片风轮动力学特性的分析

【摘要】 采用试验模态分析的方法分别对三叶片风轮、中心固定整体圆板和中心固定按120°开口的圆板,进行了模态分析,得到了它们的实际模态振型。运用模态计算软件ANSYS对动力学特性一致的三叶片风轮和动力学特性有差异的三叶片风轮进行了定性计算分析。试验结果显示,三叶片风轮的振型和中心固定圆板的振型有一定对应关系,可采用中心固定圆板的振型来研究三叶片风轮的挥舞模态振型。并且使用ANSYS软件和中心固定按120°开口的圆板的振型图,更合理地解释了三叶片风轮的挥舞模态振型。

【Abstract】 The modal of three-bladed rotor,centre-fixed full disc was analyzed and centre-fixed cut disc was analyzed using the experiment modal analysis method in the paper,and their real mode shape were obtained.The three-bladed rotors with the same dynamic characters and that with the different dynamic characters were ananlyzed using the modal calculation software—ANSYS.Experiment results show that there are some relationship between the mode shapes of centre-fixed and the mode shapes of centre-fixed disc;The flapping mode shapes of three-bladed rotors could be studied using the mode shapes of centre-fixed disc.The flapping mode shapes of three-bladed rotors were rationally explained using the software—ANSYS and the mode shapes of centre-fixed cut disc.
