玉米秆超临界甲醇解聚产物分析

【摘要】 以甲醇为溶剂对玉米秆进行超临界解聚,采用FTIR和GC/MS分析解聚产物。结果表明,超临界甲醇解聚产物(SCMD)中成分十分复杂,GC/MS分析鉴定出103种有机化合物,其中83种为含氧有机化合物,有酯、酚、醚、醇、酮和醛等,还检测出少量正构烷烃(C15-C17和C19-C27)、烯烃、芳烃、苯硫酚和含氮有机化合物,反映了SCMD的高含氧量和低含氮硫量的特性。SCMD中31.387%的苯酚类物质和5.022%的芳烃类物质可能来源于木质素在超临界甲醇中的解聚作用,而34.629%的甲酯类化合物可能是解聚产生的脂肪酸和苯丙酸等与甲醇酯化的结果。由此可以推断出甲醇在玉米秆的超临界解聚过程参与了玉米秆的解聚反应。

【Abstract】 The reaction of cornstalk powders with methanol was conducted under supercritical conditions,and the depolymerization product was analyzed with FTIR and GC/MS.The results showed that its components are quite complex,and 103 organic compounds are identified.There are 83 kinds of oxygen-containing organic compounds which include esters, phenols,aethers,alcohols,ketones,and aldehydes in the depolymerization product.Small amounts of normal alkanes (C15-C17 and C19-C27),alkenes,arenes,thiophenol and nitrogen-containing organic compounds were also detected.All these showed that characteristics of the product with high oxygen content,low nitrogen content and low sulphur content. The content of phenols is 31.387%whereas the content of arenes is 5.022%,indicating that interaction between methanol and lignin in the cornstalk powders results in lignin depolymerization.The content of methyl esters is 34.629%,indicating that esterification reactions of fatty acids or benzenepropanoic acids from depolymerization of cornstalk powders with methanol prceed.These facts further indicate that methanol invlove in the depolymerization of the cornstalk powders.
