【摘要】 按照新时期体育事业发展理念,在对各级体育管理职能部门原使用的统计指标调研的基础上,运用专家经验筛选与统计定量分析相结合的方法,构建出包括综合类,竞技体育类,群众体育类,体育场地类,体育财务指标类,体育教育、科技、宣传与对外交流共6大类指标的中国体育事业统计指标体系,并研制出相应的规范统计报表、指标解释与填表说明。重新修订了《体育统计工作管理办法》,建立了体育统计工作社会化制度,建立了体育场地变更备案制度。提出明确体育统计管理部门职能定位,实现体育统计工作归口管理;建立体育统计沟通、协调机制;建立体育统计激励机制;建立体育统计处罚救济机制等完善体育事业统计运行机制的举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to comprehensively push forward the reform of China’s sports industry statistics,improve sports statistics system with Chinese characteristics and promote the building of sports statistical system development.In accordance with the new era of sports development principles at all levels of sports management in the functional departments of the original use of statistical indicators on the basis of thorough investigations and studies,using expertise selection and statistical method of combining quantitative analysis to build out,including integrated classes,sports classes,mass sports classes,sports classes,sports and financial indicators class,physical education,science and technology,advocacy and foreign exchange targets a total of six categories of indicators of statistical indicators of China’s sports system,and developed a corresponding standardized statistical reports,indicators to explain and fill in a form instructions.Revised the "sports statistical work management approach",the establishment of the statistical work of the sports socialization system and set up the stadium to change the record.It made clear on sports statistics management functions of the position,achieved centralized management of sports statistics,established the sports statistics,communication,coordination mechanisms,sports statistics incentive mechanism,sports statistics penalty relief mechanism and improved the operational mechanism of sports statistics initiatives.更多还原
