【摘要】 以体育立法为研究对象,全面分析了建国近60年来我国体育法制建设五个发展阶段的不同特点,并重点研究了现阶段我国体育法制建设发展中存在的问题、原因与对策。主张积极推动《中华人民共和国体育法》的修改和"体育仲裁法"的制订,善于运用国际立法的形式来加强国际领域的体育合作,体育行政主管部门要强化法制观念,从重管理到重服务,推动中国体育法制建设进入新的发展阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,taking the sports legislation as research subject,makes comprehensive analysis on different characteristics of five developing phases of our sports legal construction for nearly 60 years since new China establishment,particularly discusses the existing problems,reason and countermeasure of sports legal construction at present stage,actively suggests that we should amend the "Sports Law" and formulating "Sports Arbitration Law" and strengthens international legal cooperation in the field of sports.Sports administration department should promote China’s sports legal construction entered a new stage of development.更多还原
