【Abstract】 Based on the problems and limitation of the teaching of the optional learning group of traditional aerobics,the paper discusses the rationality and value of the teacing model of the optional learning group of aerobics and the role and tasks of the teachers.The paper also proposes to establish the new aerobics teaching model which includes group division,rearranging teaching content and designing flexible teaching plan.更多还原
