【摘要】 通过调查发现河南省农村体育师资培训的存在着管理体制薄弱、培训内容的单一、运行保障机制不够健全等问题。着重从师资培训内容体系、培训管理体系和评价模型及指标体系等方面,构建"顶岗实习、双向培训"的新模式,实现教师教育职前培养与职后培训一体化的双轨运行体系,为农村体育师资培训提供思路。更多还原
