多联产系统中弛放气的燃烧特性研究

【摘要】 为了保证燃气轮机的稳定运行,对弛放气的基本燃烧特性进行了研究。采用实验方法,研究弛放气的燃烧特性。将H2、CH4和CO按照不同的体积比配制混合气来模拟弛放气,在保证容积热负荷不变的情况下设计出实验工况,分别在不同的过量空气系数下进行燃烧实验,最终获得过量空气系数和燃料配比对弛放气扩散燃烧温度分布的影响规律。为多联产系统中设计燃用弛放气的燃烧器和燃烧室提供了依据。

【Abstract】 In order to insure the stable operation of gas turbine,we should study the basic combustion characteristics of purge gas.This paper mainly adopts experimental method to study the combustion characteristics of relaxed gas on experimental platform,uses mixed gases of H、CH、CO with different volume percent to imitate relaxed gas,designs experimental work conditions in the situation of same volumetric heat load,combusting the mixed gases with different excess air ratio.Finally the paper achieves the temperature regulation of relaxed gas under diffusion combustion along with the variety of excess air ratio and fuel mixture ratio.These results provide grounds for the design of burner and combustion chamber burning relaxed gas in poly-generation system.
