固化工艺对胶接接头冲击性能的影响
Effect of curing procedure on the impact toughness of adhesively bonded joints
【摘要】 研究了固化温度、时间等固化工艺参数对结构钢/环氧胶接接头冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,固化温度从60℃增加到120℃时,冲击韧度值变化显著:当固化时间为1 h时,结构钢胶接接头的冲击韧度先随固化温度的提高而有所上升,在90℃时达到最大值,其后随温升而降低;当固化时间为2 h时,随固化温度提高冲击韧度出现两个峰值。研究还发现,在研究所采取的工艺条件下,被粘物的待胶接表面经粗细不同的砂纸打磨处理后,冲击性能有一定差异,粗砂纸打磨引起接头冲击韧度实验结果的离散度增大。
【Abstract】 The effect of the curing procedure such as curing temperature and time on the impact toughness of the structural steel/epoxy adhesive joints was investigated using the Charpy impact tester.The results from the experiment showed that the values of the impact toughness varied significantly as the curing temperature raised from 60℃ to 120℃.When the curing time was set as 1h,the impact toughness of the specimen was increased first before the curing temperature reached 90℃ and then decreased,and for 2h curing time the impact toughness of the specimen varied more complex as there were two peaks values occurred at 80℃ and 100℃ respectively.It was also found in the experiment that the deviation of the experimental results was higher as the rough emery paper was applied to treat the surface to be bonded of the specimen under the investigation condition.
