VHF-UHF超低噪声放大器的设计
Design of VHF-UHF Low Noise Amplifier
【摘要】 介绍了应用Avago ATF-54143设计VHF-UHF超低噪声放大器,阐述了利用电感串联反馈、RC反馈技术,损耗一定的增益,实现输入输出匹配和放大器的无条件稳定。利用ADS进行仿真设计,对产品实际测量,G>20dB,NF<1dB,OIP3>35dBm。结果表明此低噪声放大器达到了预设的技术指标,性能良好,可用于接收机前端。
【Abstract】 The design of low noise amplifier(LNA) of VHFand UHF by using Avago ATF-54143 is presented. The serial inductive feedback and RC feedback technologies are used to provide good input and output match and to ensure unconditional stability, while centain overall stage gain loss is caused. Designing and simulating LNA with ADS is carried out. The practical test of the product (G>20 dB,NF<1 dB,OIP3>35 dBm)demonstrate that this LNA meets the predesigned technical indices and works well, thus can be applied to the receiver Radio Frequency (RF) front-end.
