广西巴马小型猪体外循环建立

【摘要】 目的探讨广西巴马小型猪体外循环建立的方法。方法选用小型猪12头,随机分为两组(n=6)。实验组:在心包外过上腔静脉和下腔静脉的阻断带建立体外循环;对照组:在心包内过上腔静脉和下腔静脉的阻断带建立体外循环。结果两组建立体外循环所需的时间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组所用的时间短;两组的成功率比较无统计学差异。结论改进的广西巴马小型猪体外循环建立方法所需的时间更短,是一种更快捷和安全的方法。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Our aim of this study is to discuss how to establish cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)for guangxi Bama miniature pig.METHODS 12 Bama miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups(n=6).Experimental group: the superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava were circumferentially mobilized and encircled with ties outside the pericardium,Control group: the superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava were circumferentially mobilized and encircled with ties inside the pericardium.RESULTS To use this improve method to establish standards CPB reduced operative time(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The method that superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava were circumferentially mobilized and encircled with ties outside the pericardium reduced the time for CPB establishment.
