【摘要】 文章以大量翔实的调查数据为依据,分析了四川省三州民族贫困地区文献信息机制的现状和存在的问题,根据贫困地区实际情况,从设置专门机构和制定相关法规作为保障、建立贫困地区多元化的资金投入机制、加强三州贫困地区图书馆事业建设、加快三州贫困地区信息基础设施建设、建立三州贫困地区文献信息资源共建共享机制、推进三州贫困地区农业信息化进程、建设三州贫困地区民族特色数据库、建立三州贫困地区文献信息专业人才激励机制等方面论述了建设四川省三州贫困地区文献信息保障机制的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a mass of investigating data,this thesis analyzes the present situations and problems of the document-information-systems in the three needy autonomous regions of Ganzi,Aba and Liangshan.Thus,these ideas are discussed in the following: setting up special institutions and making corresponding regulations to be as the safeguard for document information system,the multiple-investment can be made in the information-infrastructure,and so the construction of libraries can be speed up;the document-information-resources can be formed and shared with each other;the process of agriculture-informationization can be promoted and the database with minority features can be founded,therefore the talents-inspirit-systems can be established in these minority nationality regions in Sichuan Province.更多还原
