【摘要】 目的探讨关节上腔注射5%鱼肝油酸钠硬化治疗复发性颞下颌关节脱位的临床效果。方法以我科2006-2008年间收治的复发性颞下颌关节脱位病例18例为研究对象,所有患者均采用5%鱼肝油酸钠行关节上腔注射治疗,随访一年观察疗效,分别对治疗前、治疗后1月和12月行Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数和Helkimo临床检查功能障碍指数评分,评价患者颞下颌关节功能在治疗前后的变化。结果18例患者临床疗效满意,随访一年无1例复发,治疗半年后患者的Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数和Helkimo临床检查功能障碍指数明显改善。结论关节上腔注射5%鱼肝油酸钠硬化治疗复发性颞下颌关节脱位具有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of injection into superior space with 5% sodium morrhuat for recurrent dislocation of the TMJ.Methods: From 2006 to 2008,18 cases with recurrent dislocation of the TMJ were collected and treated by injection with 5% sodium morrhuat into superior space.The clinical results were analysed.Before and after treatment,Fricton’s craniomandibular index(CMI) and Helkimo index were used to access the function of TMJ.Results: The clinical effects of all cases were good in the short-term follow – up(1 year),The TMJ function was improved obviously after treatment.Conclusion: Injection into superior space of TMJ using 5% sodium morrhuat is a better way for recurrent dislocation of the TMJ patients.更多还原
