【摘要】 目的探讨不同手术方式在外伤性脾破裂中的临床应用。方法全组外伤性脾破裂,脾切除56例;保脾治疗99例。结果保脾组中10例非手术治疗;89例行保脾手术,其中单纯缝合修补6例;医用生物蛋白胶粘合止血6例;3例行单纯修补+医用生物蛋白胶粘合;行脾部分切除术44例,其中5例同时行脾动脉结扎。30例脾切除行自体脾片大网膜移植术。全组病例中1例死亡,其余均治愈。结论对外伤性脾破裂病人应具体情况具体分析,为病人选择最恰当的手术方式,方能达到最佳的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical application of different surgical methods in the treatment of traumatic spleen rupture.Methods: In all the 155 cases,56 cases accepted splenectomy,99 patients received spleen-preserving treatment.Results: 10 cases accepted non-operative treatment,89 patients received spleens preserving;6 cases of simple suture,6 cases of biomedical fibrin glue and 3cases of both of simple simple suture and biomedical fibrin glue;44 cases received partial splenectomy,5 patients of which were given splenic artery ligation simultaneously;30 cases recived both splenectomy and antos splenic slices translantation.They were all cured except one case of death.Conclusions: Choosing the most appropriate surgical procedure and analyzing specific circumstances are important to achieve the best therapeutic effect.更多还原
