【摘要】 目的探讨核素显像对缺血性心肌病(ICM)的诊断价值和疗效评价价值。方法选择321例临床综合资料确诊的ICM患者进行组合核素显像(CR I),与190例非缺血性扩张性心肌病患者(DCM)的核素显像表现进行对照,分析核素显像诊断ICM的灵敏度、特异度、准确率。对167例ICM患者进行治疗后随访显像,并与临床疗效评价情况对比,验证核素显像评价疗效的准确性。结果核素组合显像诊断ICM的灵敏度为92.8%(298/321),特异度为88.1%(170/193),阳性预测值93.7%(298/318),阴性预测值89.5%(170/190),准确性为91.6%(468/511)。核素显像评价疗效总有效率为85.0%(142/167),临床评价疗效总有效率为83.8%(140/167),二者结果接近。结论核素组合显像能提高缺血性心肌病的诊断准确性,在监测疗效方面与临床评价符合率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Investigate the values of radionuclide imaging in ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM) patients’ diagnosis and curative effects evaluating.Methods: 321 ICM patients were chosen,and they have taken combined radionuclide imaging(CRI).Their results of CRI were compared with other 190 dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) patients’.the sensibility,specificity and accurate rate were analyzed.167 ICM patients have been followed-up by CRI after therapy.Its evaluating results of curative effects rate were validated through being compared with the results of clinical information.Results: The sensibility,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accurate rate of CRI diagnosing ICM are 92.8%(298/321),88.1%(170/193),93.7%%(298/318),89.5%%(170/190) and 91.6%%(468/511),separatly.The evaluating result of effective rate of CRI is 85.0%(142/167),and the evaluating result of clinical information is 83.8%(140/167),they are approximated.Conclusion: CRI can increase the diagnosis accurate of ICM.It is coincidence with clinical evaluation in monitoring curative effects.更多还原
