【摘要】 目的探讨丙戊酸钠对癫痫患者白细胞水平的影响。方法对43例癫痫患者行丙戊酸钠单药治疗,用血细胞自动分析仪定期测其外周血象。结果丙戊酸钠对癫痫全身性发作疗效优于部分性发作。服用丙戊酸钠治疗后,癫痫患者白细胞及中性粒细胞水平明显降低,且以中性粒细胞为主(P<0.01)。结论丙戊酸钠致癫痫患者白细胞水平降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium valproate therapy on the levels of white blood cell in epileptic patients. Methods: White blood cell count in 43 epileptic patients treated with VPA alone was determined by automatic analysis instrument.Results: White blood cell count in 43 epileptic patients after treatment was decreased by VPA.Conclusion: VPA leads to the decrease of white blood cell count in epileptic patients.更多还原
