【摘要】 针对如何选择和确定农业科技信息共享中关键信息质量(IQ)维度问题,采用专家调查方法,从对IQ的实际感知程度和理论认识两方面对相关领域专家进行调查,辨析对农业科技信息有影响的关键质量维度,以进一步把握其信息质量特征。统计结果得知,专家们较看重信息的可达性、真实性和实用性等方面的IQ维度,这三者共同构成农业科技信息的基本信息质量特征,因此,应主要围绕着三个方面进行IQ理论探索、质量控制措施选择和IQ评价指标确定等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at how to select and determine the information quality(IQ) dimension of agricultural science and technology(S&T) information-sharing. This paper has conducted expert questionnaire survey from two aspects: theoretic understanding and practical sense, and analyzed key IQ dimension influencing the agricultural S&T information, in order to hold the characteristic of its information quality. The statistical results indicate that experts pay more attention to the three IQ dimensions: reality, reachability and practicability, which could be taken as the basic quality characteristics of agricultural S&T information. Therefore, IQ theoretic study on agricultural S&T information sharing, such as the theoretic exploration of IQ, the selection of IQ control measures and the determination of IQ evaluation indicator,is supposed to conduct from the perspective of reality, reachability and practicability.更多还原
