【Abstract】 The paper summarizes and evaluates the crucial issues of correlate studies at home and abroad relating to knowledge creation and organizational learning. The differences between knowledge creation whose core is individual tacit knowledge elicitation’ and knowledge creation whose core is intellectual capital’ are discussed. The paper also reviews the concepts, processes and forms of organizational learning. At the last, the paper analyzes the close relationship between knowledge creation and organizational learning. The paper strives to neaten a clear clue of this field for future study.更多还原
