【摘要】 基于平衡计分卡理念与企业专利预警指标设计思想的共同点,从专利、市场、法律和人力4个维度建立企业专利预警指标体系,共22个指标,其特点在于平衡不偏重,指标量化。层次分析法用于确定指标权重,并将指标分为极大型、极小型、居中型三类进行无量纲化和归一化处理,在此基础上可以根据单个指标值计算指标综合值,即企业专利预警警度,企业最终根据该警度值判断是否发出预警信号。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the common ground between BSC’s concept and enterprise patent early warning indexes’ design theory,create the enterprise patent early warning indexes system which is composed of patent,market,law,human four dimensions,twenty-two indexes altogether,their characteristics are balanced and quantitative.The weight of indexes are been recognized by AHP.And indexes through the process of dimensionless and normalization in three groups:maximum style,minimum style,mediate style,to count the total value of indexes.It is the enterprise patent early-warning degree.And enterprise will judge whether or not send out the early-warning signal according to this degree.更多还原
