【摘要】 从范式角度介绍循证图书馆学(EBL)概念的产生和发展情况,对研究现状进行综述。即从循证医学(EBM)和循证卫生保健的发展、EBM的理论模式和运作方法、开放获取等方面论证EBL在21世纪的必然发展趋势。阐述EBL的研究方法和实践意义,分析EBL实践面临的挑战与困难,指出循证实践将成为21世纪图书馆界理论与实践研究的潮流之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The emergence and development of the concept of EBL is introduced from the perspective of Paradigm,and the current status of the study are reviewed.Then the inevitable development trend of EBL in the 21st century is proved from many aspects,such as the development of EBM and EBHC,theory model and methods of EBM and open access.The methods and practical meaning of EBL are explained,and the challenges and difficulties encountered in EBL practice are analyzed.EBP will become library theoretical study trend in the 21 st century.更多还原
