超级电容器用高比能量超级活性炭的结构与电化学性能

【摘要】 以沥青焦为原料,采用KOH活化法制备了具有高比表面积的超级活性炭(SAC),采用N2吸附、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其孔结构、微晶结构以及表面官能团进行了表征,研究了其作为超级电容器电极材料在1mol/L的Et4NBF4/碳酸丙烯酯电解液体系中的电化学特性。结果表明,所制活性炭的比表面积(SBET)达2893m2/g,孔径主要分布在1~4nm范围,其质量比电容(Cm)和能量密度分别达到190F/g和59W·h/kg。

【Abstract】 A super-activated carbon(SAC) with high specific area has been prepared from raw pitch coke using KOH as activation agent.The pore structure, graphite-like crystallite structure and surface functional groups of SAC were studied respectively with N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms, X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The specific capacitance of SAC was measured in 1mol/L Et4NBF4/propylene carbonate electrolyte.Results indicated that SAC has higher specific surface area(2893 m2/g) and the pore size is mainly distributed in the range of 1 to 4 nm.The weight specific capacitance and energy density are 190 F/g and 59 Wh/kg respectively.
