【摘要】 图书馆的定岗定编问题一直缺乏原则性指导与事实依据,是图书馆面临的一大难题。尤其是高校图书馆,因为事务杂、人员多,在"定岗定编"的过程中遇到的矛盾、阻力通常大于学校的其他部门,需要克服的困难也更多。由于影响定编的因素很多,在本来就缺少政策依据的状况下,要制定一个各馆都适用的标准确有难度。因此,高校图书馆应根据自身发展和所处环境的实际情况,按照与图书馆的自身发展需要相适应、与学校的控编框架相适应的原则,制定可行的定编方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem on the personnel allocation is always lacking of principled guidance and factual basis,and it’s also a major challenge for libraries.Because of the clutter of the personnel and working issues,the library faces more difficulties than other sectors in the university,and needs to overcome more handicaps.Because of many factors impacting the personnel allocation,it’s difficult to set up a unified standard for all libraries.Therefore,university libraries should set up the feasible method for the personnel allocation according to the situation of self-developing and the actual environment,and the principle which fits for libraries’ own development and the university’s management framework.更多还原
