【Abstract】 Everything has its own developmental rules,the library is the same.Self-making developmental environment is not only the expectation but also the hope of the library.University libraries face various environment related to its development,such as the evaluation is challenges or opportunities,the bidding of books acquisition is to save fund or to waste fund,outsourcing is expediency or the objective needs of core business,and so on.Library should analyze comprehensively and consider calmly what to do and how to do in order to get more self-making developmental environment.更多还原
