【Abstract】 In 2007, the check of state-owned assets implemented by the State Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education came to an end, and many problems in the literature fixed assets management of the university library had been found. Problems include that leaders don’t pay much attention to the statistics and the management of literature fixed assets, the management system is not consummate, and the management of accounts and the statistics of literature are out of standard. To manage literature fixed assets should take following security measures: leaders at all levels should attach great importance to literature fixed assets management; strict management system of fixed assets should be established; universities should realize the unified management of literature; the input of human resources, finance and material resources should be strengthened.更多还原
