【Abstract】 In the internet era,the concept of the library fundamentally changes,and cooperation between libraries has become inevitable. The cross-system interlibrary cooperation is using the complementary nature of every system library in the development and utilization of information resources to achieve integrated organization of information services through the integrated,social and all-round configuration of information resources,in order to meet information services development needs of cross-systems. The promotion of the cross-system interlibrary cooperation demands solving the problem of macro-strategy construction to realize the building and development based on the scientifical planning.更多还原
