【摘要】 美国是世界上图书馆法制建设最为完善的国家之一,但是美国至今尚未有一部专门规范公共图书馆建设的全国性标准,而是由各州制定各自的标准。目前,50个州共有35个州制定了《公共图书馆标准》。其中,《威斯康星公共图书馆标准》由于其体系的完整和详细成为其他各州借鉴的典范。《威斯康星公共图书馆标准》在服务人口的测算、馆藏标准、工作人员标准和设施标准等方面提供了可资借鉴的国际经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The United State is one of the most perfect countries for library legal construction in the world. So far, there is not any specialized public library standard to standardize the development of public libraries in America, but every state has their own standard. At present, among 50 states 35 states have their own standards for public libraries. Due to the integrity and comprehension of its system, "Wisconsin Public Library Standards" is an example for other states. "Wisconsin Public Library Standards" gives the international experience from the following aspects: the estimation of the service population, collection standards, stuff standards and facility standards.更多还原
