【摘要】 北美艺术图书馆协会(ARLIS/NA)的组织机构设置齐全、活动丰富,有效地提高了会员的职业技能,促进了相关法律和标准的制定,扩大了艺术图书馆的社会影响,推动了北美地区艺术图书馆事业的发展。借鉴ARLIS/NA的成功经验,我国艺术图书馆界应尽快建立自己的行业协会,加强对会员的培训与继续教育,促进会员之间的交流与合作,从而推动我国艺术图书馆事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS/NA) has a complete organizational structure and rich activities, and greatly helps to improve the professional qualities of its members, to draw up relative rules and regulations, to expand the social influence of the art libraries, as well as to encourage the development of the art librarianship in the North America. The successful experience of ARLIS/NA reminds us that Chinese art libraries should also establish its own society as soon as possible, provide its members with all kinds of necessary training and different chances to exchange and cooperate, so as to improve the development of the art librarianship in China.更多还原
